Privacy and retention

Mootstead operates this application and support portal. Access to submitted records is limited to the Mootstead operator and authorized moderators who need it to review an application, operate the server, handle support, or protect the community.

What we collect and why

Applications collect a Minecraft username, one reply route, broad UTC availability, selected play styles, a short fit response, required rules and operational-data acknowledgements, and an optional communication accommodation. Support requests collect a reply route, topic, and message. We use this information only to run the application/support process and protect the server; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Retention

Declined applications are deleted within 30 days. For accepted players, the application free text and reply route are deleted within 30 days after successful onboarding unless the player separately opts in to essential notices. While access is active, we retain only the username, rules acknowledgement, decision date, and necessary moderation records; these are deleted within 30 days after access ends unless a documented safety or legal need requires a limited hold.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion, or ask a privacy question, use the support form and select “Privacy or deletion request.” Do not include passwords, payment information, or identity documents.
